Open the door to support at home

On the left a parent at home holding a phone, on the right a professional handing an activation-code card to a parent standing with a child, both on one path that leads up to a home.

Families come in through their postcode or through an activation code from an SLCN professional, and your team keeps the picture in view.

Two routes into family support

There are two ways in, and both lead to the same dashboard for your team.

Postcode Access

Postcode entry in the SuperPenguin app

Families enter their postcode

Support at home for families in your funded area, with no referral needed. Families answer short questions to help personalise the starting support.

Staff-led Access

Personalised journey in the SuperPenguin app

Families enter an activation code from an SLCN professional

Support at home from an accepted referral. Your team chooses the starting support area and invites the family through your service.

From there, both routes continue the same way.

  1. SuperPenguin topics and activities for carers

    AI SLCN Recommendations

Speech, language and communication support for carers and extended family.

  2. SuperPenguin clinician view showing client records and care status

Clinicians keep the picture in view

The intelligence platform simplifies face-to-face support. Clinical decisions stay with your team.

  3. SuperPenguin map showing the geographic distribution of service use

    Commissioners monitor impact and inequalities

An organisation-level view supports oversight across your service.

Parents and carers lead the activities, with no child screen time. Additional carers can share the plan.

Your team sees what they have tried and decides the next steps.

One plan, both routes

Commission Postcode Access and Staff-led Access together, and community access connects with support after referral in one commissioned plan.
