How do I get access?

Access is provided through a participating service or through your postcode where Postcode Access is commissioned. If your service has given you an activation code, follow its instructions. If you do not have access details, ask your service or contact us.

Do I need to buy a clinician account?

No. Clinician accounts are for professionals. Families use the app through the access available from their service or area.

Can we use SuperPenguin while waiting for an appointment?

Yes, where your area or service provides access. SuperPenguin can offer universal guidance before assessment and targeted support after assessment while you wait.

Does it replace speech and language therapy?

SuperPenguin provides practical support at home and can complement therapy. It fits around existing care, including before, during and after appointments.

Can other people in our family take part?

Family Sharing helps the people caring for your child access guidance and develop a shared understanding.

What can our supporting service see?

The clinician dashboard provides an organisation overview and individual client information about app use, engagement and progress. Services can use this information to customise support. Read more in the app data protection overview.
