Simple annual allowance
One care recipient,
one family app licence
A family app licence covers one care recipient and all their carers. Additional carers do not use another app licence.
A fresh allowance each year
Family app licences reset every 12 months, including on monthly plans. Unused app licences do not carry over.
Families can keep joining
Families can still join using a valid activation key when the app licence balance is negative. Your organisation has 30 days to increase capacity before its dashboard is locked. Family access to the app continues.

How do subscription units work?
One unit includes 1 dashboard seat and 50 annual family app licences. Adjust either number to fit your practice.
What happens if we use all our family app licences?
Families with a valid activation key can still join. If your balance becomes negative, your admins have 30 days to add capacity before dashboard access is locked. Families keep access to their app.
When do family allowances renew?
The allowance renews every 12 months, including for monthly billing. Unused app licences do not carry over.
Can we change or cancel Professional?
Organisation owners manage capacity, billing, invoices and cancellation in their dashboard.
