Version 1.2 brings new autism and social communication content for families, plus five dashboard updates for clinical teams.
Autism support for families
Developed with the National Autistic Society, our autism area includes 37 topics across nine themes. Parents and carers can explore communication, sensory processing, stimming, special interests, masking and more. NAS reviews the content for accuracy and respectful language about autistic people.
Social communication in everyday life
Our social communication area brings together 20 topics on play, conversations and time with friends. These include taking turns, understanding feelings and joining in, with practical activities that recognise different ways of communicating.
You can watch Making and keeping friends without an app or login. The video explores joining in, shared interests and making up after a fall-out, while respecting each child's preferences and pace.
New in the dashboard
Ambient scribe. Record a session from anywhere in the dashboard. Choose who is in the room before pressing Record and check your microphone with a live level meter. The recording appears on every participant's timeline.
Client briefings. Each client's Summary panel shows a short briefing before a session, drawn from their timeline. Every statement links to the session, note or file it came from.
Reports from your files. AI reports now read attached files, including scanned PDFs, images and Word documents. You can review and correct what was read.
Custom properties. Add your own named fields to a client record and include them in AI reports.
Messaging. Send campaign emails from your service's own email address and choose which team member receives the replies.
